The white aluminum louvered roof design allows you to control the amount of sun or shade you receive with a hand crank, four panels allow full sun exposure, full shade, or a mix of both. A gutter system around the roof and four downspouts built directly into the corner posts provide rain protection and proper drainage away from the room. Six 7 x 7-inch posts with premium black plinths provide a solid foundation without obstructing sightlines.
It’s made of 100 percent premium outdoor lumber, covered in an appealing mocha-brown colored stain that will retain its good looks and withstand the extremes of every season. All wood sections are pre-cut and pre-drilled for easier assembly. This room comes with simple to follow illustrated instructions and we’ve created a helpful hints video to make your installation process easier, as well.
