Once your order ships, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information. The freight carrier will contact you either by phone/ email /text with the phone number or email you provided at the time of your purchase to schedule/ advise a delivery appointment. If you do not receive a communication within 14 days, please reach out to email@example.com
DELIVERY (ACCESSORIES ONLY)
Once your order ships, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information. All accessories are shipped with a courier and typically deliver within 5- 7 business days.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
The driver only delivers curbside, which means they drop off your structure at the end of your driveway.
Please inspect the freight upon arrival. If there are any concerns, please email the support team right away.
It is important to verify that all boxes and pieces are accounted for. If anything is missing, please note on the Bill of Lading (or delivery receipt), and email customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-888-509-4382.
If there appears to be damage upon receipt, please make note on the Bill of Lading and take pictures of the freight. Please attach the pictures on an email to the support team along with a picture of the Bill of Lading. In the rare case of shipping damage, replacement parts ship at no additional cost.
** Please note: Signing your delivery receipt without noting any damages legally states that you have received your freight in good condition.
At Yardistry, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you need to return your product for any reason, you will have 30 days after you receive your product to initiate a return claim. All returned products must be returned in like‐new condition in original packaging. The item MUST be disassembled and re‐boxed securely in its original packaging. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all returned products. Once the product(s) has shipped if you choose to cancel your order a 15% re-stocking fee will also apply. DOES YARDISTRY OFFER INSTALLATION?
