Here’s a backyard story from Pasco, Washington.
Purchased this Gazebo from Costco on back order to transform small backyard space.
In the time until the gazebo arrived, installed a brick paver patio with 8″ concrete tubes beneath to secure it to. Once the gazebo arrived, we painted it with white all weather paint.
Upon install, realized that the included post brackets would have not only stuck out past the trim pieces by close to one inch, but that they would not be able to secure into the buried concrete tubes as it would have gone beyond where they were buried. Had to install pressure treated 4 x 4’s with traditional brackets and slide the hollow posts down over them and screw them into the 4 x 4’s. I live in a high wind area and I feel that the step made the gazebo near indestructible. I highly recommend. Installed power and added furniture, plants, and a fire table to make a very livable outdoor area. The craftsmanship of this product is top notch. As long as you follow the tips and suggestions provided by Yardistry, the entire thing goes together exactly as advertised, even with a little room for error. If I had the space, I would purchase more products by Yardistry and will recommend them to all of my friends and family.
