• After receiving your order, you can expect a phone call from the assembly company within 5 days. Payment for any additional services will be made directly to the assembly company.
• The typical lead time on installation is 4 - 6 weeks from the order date. Due to peak season order volume and/or local weather conditions, some markets are scheduling 6 - 12 weeks out.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must provide 72 hours' notice.
• In the event of property or product damage caused by the assembler, you should contact them directly via email with details, including photos or videos, for resolution.
• For online curbside deliveries, the assembler will move the product to the assembly location, though extra charges may apply based on the destination.
• Packaging removal is the customer’s responsibility, but there is an optional debris removal service available for $75.
• You must ensure that the area is prepped and meets the manufacturer's instructions prior to assembly.
• The assembly service includes a 30-day workmanship warranty
• Weekend appointments are available in some areas but are not guaranteed.
• Additional costs may occur if the assembly cannot be completed due to the area not being ready.
• Our typical protocol is to schedule assembly on the soonest possible date and not to hold orders at our branches for longer than 2 weeks after that soonest available date.
• If you request that we hold your order for longer than 2 weeks from the assembly date we provide, we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to complete your assembly at that time. Your order assembly may be pushed out even further to accommodate new customer orders and additional holding fees may apply.
  
  

Structure Orders with Assembly: 

*Installation lead time for assembly orders is currently 6-12 weeks from order date.

Within five days of placing your order, you can expect a call from us to a) schedule your item delivery and installation date and b) to have you acknowledge that your yard is properly prepared and ready for a Structure to be installed. Your build site needs to be level and free of any obstructions that may interfere with assembly or item functionality. If your yard is not ready, it may result in a delayed installation date.

Our process is to schedule assembly on the soonest available date and not hold orders at our branches for longer than 2 weeks after that soonest available date. If you request that we hold your order for longer than 2 weeks from the assembly date we provide, we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to complete your assembly at that time. Your order assembly may be pushed out even further to accommodate new customer orders and additional holding fees may apply.

Installation fees include most U.S. locations, though remote areas may incur extra charges, which will be discussed with you prior to processing your order. If there is not an installer in your area, you’ll be notified right away with refund options.

Once an installation date is set, your Structure will be delivered the day of installation by the installer. This eliminates the frustration of third-party delivery carriers blocking your driveway with heavy, bulky boxes.

All trash and packaging from the Structure will be broken down and hauled off once the installer finishes delivering, unloading, and assembling your new Structure.
