Can my Gazebo be secured to a concrete slab or deck?

Yardistry includes Post Mounts with our structures which gives you the flexibility to permanently install your structure to a pre-existing or new wood or concrete surface. The hardware to attach the Post Mount to the structure is included. The hardware to mount the structure permanently will need to be purchased separately at your local hardware store.

What do I need to do to protect/maintain the wood on my product?

We recommend applying a water sealant approximately 3 months after assembly and on a yearly basis after that. This will help maintain the wood and protect against weathering. Please note: We do not recommend using an oil based product.

Parts arrived damaged, how can I get replacements?

Yardistry will process a replacement request as soon as possible. To get started, fill out the request form on the Parts Replacement page.

Does Yardistry sell replacement parts?

We do offer quotes for replacement parts for our customers who experience damages that are not covered under warranty. We do not sell additional parts.

Where can I find the instruction manual online?

You can find instruction manuals on the pages for individual products. For older structures, find your product on the Instruction Manuals page.

What is the warranty?

Yardistry warrants that our products are free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. See the instruction manual for full warranty details.

Review and Win Sweepstakes – Official Rules

1. Eligibility

The Review and Win Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Yardistry LLC (“Sponsor”), and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, sales representatives, dealers, distributors, licensees, advertising, fulfillment, judging, and Promotion agencies (collectively, “Promotion Parties”), as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and those living in the same household, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on October 31, 2025.

3. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, visit https://yardistrystructures.com/pages/review-and-win, select a product to review, and complete the official review form. All required fields must be completed before submission.

Each qualifying photo or video submitted with a review counts as one (1) entry.

The Yardistry LLC will include a disclaimer with each review. Entries must comply with these Official Rules. Limit: one (1) review submission per person, per email address, per product.

You are not a winner until your prize claim is validated and officially confirmed.

4. Conditions of Review Submission

a. Submission Guidelines

Entry must be the original creation of the entrant.
Reviews must reflect the entrant’s genuine experience or opinion.
Photos and/or videos may be submitted for bonus entries.
All entries must be submitted in English.

b. Additional Conditions
Entries that are deemed inappropriate, dishonest, or otherwise non-compliant may be removed and disqualified. Entries may not:

Be offensive, explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate.
Promote illegal or dangerous activity, hate, or substances.
Include personal information or trademarks without permission.
Infringe upon the rights of any third party.

By submitting an entry, entrants certify that their work is original, does not violate any laws or third-party rights, and that they have secured all necessary permissions.

Yardistry LLC may, at its discretion, post eligible entries on its website. Posting does not indicate that an entrant is a winner.

5. Rights Granted

By entering, you grant Yardistry LLC a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and modify your entry in any format or media for promotional, advertising, or editorial purposes, without further compensation or approval.

You acknowledge that Yardistry LLC has no obligation to use your entry and that similar ideas may already exist.

6. Grand Prize Drawing

On or about November 15, 2025, Yardistry LLC will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted at Yardistry LLC offices in Mount Forest, Ontario, Canada.

7. Prizes, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) & Odds

One (1) Grand Prize: A $500 YardistryStructures.com gift card.
Total ARV: $500.
Gift card use is subject to Yardistry’s terms and conditions and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

8. General Rules

All federal, state, and local laws apply. Potential winners may be required to complete verification documents. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, fails to respond within the required time, or is otherwise disqualified, an alternate winner may be selected.

Yardistry LLC is not responsible for technical malfunctions, lost or misdirected entries, or any other errors that may affect participation.

Yardistry LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if it becomes compromised in any way. Fraudulent or suspicious entries will be void.

9. Release & Waiver

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Promotion Parties from any claims, liability, loss, or damages of any kind arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of any prize. Entrants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.
