This is a four year old 12 x 14 Gazebo. I seal the wood every other year and it is like brand new.
The quality is excellent and the value is outstanding.
I can drop the shades in the winter on three sides and be very comfortable with the heater and fan on.
In the summer I drop the shade on the sunny side and with the fans it is good.
